En \u00e9l, la asociaci\u00f3n vizca\u00edna Gure Umeen Ametsak realizar\u00e1 ponencias sobre maternidad subrogada como t\u00e9cnica de reproducci\u00f3n asistida. Una t\u00e9cnica que los colectivos feministas han denunciado al considerar que \u00abpromueve la compra y venta de beb\u00e9s mediante la explotaci\u00f3n reproductiva\u00bb.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><b><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-16872\" src=\"https:\/\/osalde.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Anti-Congreso-Subrogacion-Pais-Vasco.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"978\" height=\"622\" srcset=\"https:\/\/osalde.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Anti-Congreso-Subrogacion-Pais-Vasco.jpg 978w, https:\/\/osalde.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Anti-Congreso-Subrogacion-Pais-Vasco-768x488.jpg 768w, https:\/\/osalde.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Anti-Congreso-Subrogacion-Pais-Vasco-600x382.jpg 600w, https:\/\/osalde.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Anti-Congreso-Subrogacion-Pais-Vasco-94x60.jpg 94w, https:\/\/osalde.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Anti-Congreso-Subrogacion-Pais-Vasco-142x90.jpg 142w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 978px) 100vw, 978px\" \/>NOSOTRAS, MUJERES FEMINISTAS, CIUDADANAS DEL ESTADO ESPA\u00d1OL Y DEL MUNDO:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#x1f4e2;\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<b>DENUNCIAMOS el incumplimiento en el Estado espa\u00f1ol de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2023-5364\">Ley de Salud Sexual y Reproductiva y de la Interrupci\u00f3n Voluntaria del Embarazo<\/a><\/b> en relaci\u00f3n con la explotaci\u00f3n reproductiva de mujeres y el comercio de seres humanos reci\u00e9n nacidos.<\/p>\n<div>&#x1f449;Una ley que,\u00a0en l\u00ednea con el Convenio de Estambul,\u00a0define la gestaci\u00f3n subrogada como una vulneraci\u00f3n grave de los derechos reproductivos y una manifestaci\u00f3n de violencia contra las mujeres, siendo una forma grave de violencia en el \u00e1mbito de la salud sexual y reproductiva de las mujeres, equiparable a la esterilizaci\u00f3n y la anticoncepci\u00f3n forzosas y al aborto forzoso. (Pre\u00e1mbulo, ep\u00edgrafe II, p\u00e1rrf. 8)<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 &#x1f449;Una ley que refuerza la nulidad de pleno derecho de los contratos de subrogaci\u00f3n y\u00a0la ilegalidad de la gestaci\u00f3n por sustituci\u00f3n\u00a0establecida en la Ley 14\/2006, de 26 de mayo, sobre t\u00e9cnicas de reproducci\u00f3n humana asistida.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0&#x1f449;<b>Una ley que proh\u00edbe la publicidad de las agencias de intermediaci\u00f3n,<\/b> y prev\u00e9 campa\u00f1as institucionales de promoci\u00f3n e informaci\u00f3n sobre la ilegalidad de esta pr\u00e1ctica. \u00a0(Art. 32)<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 &#x1f449;Una ley que proh\u00edbe la promoci\u00f3n comercial de la gestaci\u00f3n por sustituci\u00f3n, y que afirma que en coherencia con lo establecido en la Ley General de Publicidad 34\/1988,\u00a0las administraciones p\u00fablicas instar\u00e1n la acci\u00f3n judicial dirigida a la declaraci\u00f3n de ilicitud de la publicidad que promueva las pr\u00e1cticas comerciales para la gestaci\u00f3n por sustituci\u00f3n y a su cese.\u00a0(Art. 33)<\/div>\n<div>&#x1f449;\u00a0\u00a0Una ley que\u00a0recoge medidas de prevenci\u00f3n y respuesta frente a formas de violencia contra las mujeres\u00a0en el \u00e1mbito de la salud sexual y reproductiva,\u00a0previendo, en particular, actuaciones dirigidas a la prevenci\u00f3n de la gestaci\u00f3n por subrogaci\u00f3n o sustituci\u00f3n.\u00a0(Cap\u00edtulo III)<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&#x1f449;\u00a0\u00a0Una ley que\u00a0prev\u00e9 campa\u00f1as que desmitifiquen todas las formas de violencia en el \u00e1mbito reproductivo, como la gestaci\u00f3n por sustituci\u00f3n.\u00a0(Art\u00edculo 10 quinquies)<\/p>\n<p>&#x1f4e2;\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0DENUNCIAMOS la inacci\u00f3n de las administraciones p\u00fablicas, gobierno estatal y auton\u00f3mico del Pa\u00eds Vasco, poder judicial y partidos pol\u00edticos estatales y auton\u00f3micos\u00a0ante la organizaci\u00f3n en el Pa\u00eds Vasco de los siguientes eventos de promoci\u00f3n comercial y defensa de la\u00a0gestaci\u00f3n subrogada por parte del lobby de la industria m\u00e9dico reproductiva y de los compradores:<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; XVI Congreso de ANACER, los d\u00edas 16 y 17 de junio de 2023, en Bilbao.<br \/>\n&#8211; I Congreso internacional \u201cMujeres y gestaci\u00f3n por sustituci\u00f3n\u201d, los d\u00edas 20 y 22 de julio de 2023, tambi\u00e9n en Bilbao.<\/div>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">No olvidemos que esta pr\u00e1ctica est\u00e1\u00a0<u>tipificada como delito en nuestro ordenamiento jur\u00eddico<\/u>; por lo tanto, estos eventos deber\u00edan ser ilegales en nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>&#x1f4e2;\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<b>DENUNCIAMOS que ning\u00fan partido pol\u00edtico con representaci\u00f3n en el gobierno estatal y\/o auton\u00f3micos est\u00e1 tomando cartas en el asunto<\/b> ante los continuos ataques, acoso y presiones del lobby de compradores de beb\u00e9s y de la industria de la medicina reproductiva, que act\u00faan con el \u00fanico fin de legalizar en nuestro pa\u00eds esa forma de VIOLENCIA GRAVE contra las mujeres que es la gestaci\u00f3n subrogada.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>&#x1f4e2;\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0DENUNCIAMOS a los partidos pol\u00edticos<b>\u00a0como EH Bildu, Ciudadanos, PNV y ERC\u00a0<\/b>por pretender la legalizaci\u00f3n de la gestaci\u00f3n subrogada,\u00a0<b>a los partidos que mantienen una posici\u00f3n ambigua o diletante y a cuantos se muestran a favor de esta pr\u00e1ctica violenta a t\u00edtulo individual desde partidos o plataformas pol\u00edticas<\/b>, olvidando que\u00a0<b>esta pr\u00e1ctica es siempre explotaci\u00f3n reproductiva<\/b>, en la que una mujer sana es sometida a tratamientos m\u00e9dicos y farmacol\u00f3gicos que no solo no necesita para su propia salud, sino que incluso ponen en riesgo su vida.\u00a0<b>Les recordamos a todos ellos que los derechos humanos solo se pueden cumplir y defender en el marco de los derechos humanos, y que la gestaci\u00f3n subrogada es por definici\u00f3n venta de ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os a los ojos del Derecho Internacional de los Derechos Humanos.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#x1f4e2;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Finalmente, DENUNCIAMOS AL GOBIERNO DE ESPA\u00d1A,\u00a0supuestamente el m\u00e1s feminista de la historia,\u00a0<b>y sus partidos de coalici\u00f3n, PSOE y Unidas Podemos<\/b>, por su falta de voluntad pol\u00edtica y por haber perdido la oportunidad hist\u00f3rica:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>&#x1f449;\u00a0\u00a0De\u00a0<b>anular la instrucci\u00f3n 2010 de la DGRN<\/b>\u00a0que supone un fraude de\u00a0\u00a0ley y la legalizaci\u00f3n de facto de la explotaci\u00f3n reproductiva en nuestro pa\u00eds,<\/div>\n<div>&#x1f449;\u00a0 \u00a0<b>De impulsar a nivel mundial, junto al resto de pa\u00edses dem\u00f3cratas europeos y prohibicionistas, una <\/b><a href=\"http:\/\/abolition-ms.org\/es\/non-classe-es\/convencion-internacional-para-la-abolicion-de-la-gestacion-por-sustitucion\/\"><b>Convenci\u00f3n Internacional contra la Gestaci\u00f3n Subrogada<\/b>,<\/a> como instrumento jur\u00eddico superior capaz de proteger a las mujeres y a sus hijas e hijos de las fuerzas del mercado y la industria de la reproducci\u00f3n asistida.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Fuente: <\/strong>organizaciones feministas del Estado Espa\u00f1ol. <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfSiEuDWWMgvt_mytYrSROuTgqhtOAeSo28L5_BgWDoKpcHyQ\/viewform\">Adherirse al comunicado AQU\u00cd<\/a><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><u>English<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In view of the imminent celebration in the Basque Country (Spain) of two congresses that ADVERTISE the misnamed &#8220;surrogacy&#8221;, the following feminist organisations issue the following communiqu\u00e9 for which we ask for your support:<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><b><a href=\"https:\/\/stopvientresdealquiler.wordpress.com\/\">Plataforma Stop Vientres de Alquiler,<\/a><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><a href=\"http:\/\/abolition-ms.org\/es\/inicio\/\">Coalici\u00f3n Internacional para la Abolici\u00f3n de la Maternidad por Sustituci\u00f3n (CIAMS),<\/a><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><a href=\"https:\/\/linktr.ee\/noesficcionestapasando?utm_source=linktree_admin_share\">Colectivo \u201cLas Criadas<\/a>\u201d,<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.noalquilesvientres.com\/\">Red Estatal contra el Alquiler de Vientres (RECAV)<\/a>\u00a0y<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><a href=\"https:\/\/nosomosvasijas.eu\/\">No Somos Vasijas<\/a>,\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>WE, FEMINIST WOMEN, CITIZENS OF SPAIN AND THE WORLD:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#x1f4e2;\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<b>WE DENOUNCE the non-compliance in the Spanish State of the\u00a0<u><i><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2023-5364\">Law on Sexual and Reproductive Health and the Voluntary Interruption of Pregnancy<\/a><\/i><\/u>\u00a0in relation to the reproductive exploitation of women<\/b>\u00a0and the trade in newborn human beings.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; A law that, in line with the Istanbul Convention, defines surrogacy as a serious violation of reproductive rights and a manifestation of violence against women, being a serious form of violence in the field of women&#8217;s sexual and reproductive health, comparable to forced sterilisation, forced contraception and forced abortion (Preamble, epigraph II, para. 8).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; A law that reinforces the nullity of surrogacy contracts and the illegality of surrogacy established in Law 14\/2006 of 26 May on assisted human reproduction techniques.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; A law prohibiting the advertising of surrogacy agencies, and providing for institutional promotion and information campaigns on the illegality of this practice. (Art. 32)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; A law prohibiting the commercial promotion of gestational surrogacy, and stating that in coherence with the provisions of the General Advertising Law 34\/1988, the public administrations shall initiate legal action aimed at the declaration of the illegality of advertising that promotes commercial practices for gestational surrogacy and its cessation. (Art. 33)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00a0&#8211; A law that includes measures of prevention and response to forms of violence against women in the field of sexual and reproductive health, providing, in particular, actions aimed at the prevention of surrogacy (Chapter III).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; A law providing for campaigns demystifying all forms of violence in the reproductive field, such as surrogacy (Article 10 quinquies).<\/p>\n<p>&#x1f4e2;\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<b>WE DENOUNCE the inaction of the public administrations, state and autonomous government of the Basque Country, the judiciary and state and autonomous political parties in the face of the organisation in the Basque Country of the following events<\/b>\u00a0of commercial promotion and defence of surrogacy by the lobby of the medical reproductive industry and the buyers:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; XVI ANACER Congress, on 16 and 17 June 2023, in Bilbao.<br \/>\n&#8211; 1st International Congress &#8220;Women and Surrogate Gestation&#8221;, on 20 and 22 July 2023, also in Bilbao.<\/div>\n<p><b><u>Let us not forget that this practice is classified as a crime in our legal system; therefore, these events should be illegal in our country.<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#x1f4e2;\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<b>We DENOUNCE that no political party with representation in the state and\/or autonomous<br \/>\ngovernment is taking action in the face of the continuous attacks, harassment and pressures from th<\/b>e lobby,<br \/>\nharassment and pressure from the baby-buying lobby and the reproductive medicine industry, who act with the aim of reproductive medicine industry, who are acting with the sole purpose of legalising in our country this form of SERIOUS VIOLENCE against women that is surrogacy.<\/p>\n<p>&#x1f4e2;\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<b>We DENOUNCE political parties such as EH Bildu, Ciudadanos, PNV and ERC for seeking the legalisation of surrogacy, parties that maintain an ambiguous or dilettante position and those who are in favour of this violent practice as individuals from political parties or platforms, forgetting that this practice is always reproductive exploitation,<\/b>\u00a0in which a healthy woman is subjected to medical and pharmacological treatments that not only she does not need for her own health, but that even put her life at risk. We remind all of them that human rights can only be fulfilled and defended within the framework of human rights, and that surrogacy is by definition the sale of children in the eyes of international human rights law.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>&#x1f4e2;\u00a0 \u00a0 Finally,\u00a0<b>WE DENOUNCE THE GOVERNMENT OF SPAIN, supposedly the most feminist in history, and its coalition parties, PSOE and Unidas Podemos, for their lack of political will<\/b>\u00a0and for having missed the historic opportunity:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&#8211; Of\u00a0<b>annulling the 2010 instruction of the DGRN\u00a0<\/b>that supposes a fraud of law and the de facto legalisation of reproductive exploitation in our country,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; To p<b>romote at a global level, together with the rest of the European democratic and prohibitionist countries, an<i><u>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/abolition-ms.org\/es\/non-classe-es\/convencion-internacional-para-la-abolicion-de-la-gestacion-por-sustitucion\/\">International Convention against Surrogacy<\/a><\/u><\/i><\/b>, as a superior legal instrument capable of protecting women and their daughters and sons from the market forces and the assisted reproduction industry.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Fuente: <\/strong>organizaciones feministas del Estado Espa\u00f1ol. <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfSiEuDWWMgvt_mytYrSROuTgqhtOAeSo28L5_BgWDoKpcHyQ\/viewform\">Adherirse al comunicado AQU\u00cd<\/a><\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<span class=\"et_bloom_bottom_trigger\"><\/span>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fuente: organizaciones feministas del Estado Espa\u00f1ol.
